
If you’ve been following my blog, you may know I am currently on the wild-rose detox cleanse. It entails taking special pills and eating foods off of two lists. For the first 3 or 4 days the cleanse was pretty intense. I ate super healthy stir fries every night, lots of vegetables, brown rice, and almonds. Then I looked at the list and saw “popcorn” listed as a food I can eat in endless quantity, and “butter” as something I can eat in small quantities. Damn that list!
I am a popcorn slut. For the last 5 days I have eaten popcorn everyday. Yesterday I was particularly bad and had popcorn for all three meals. Ha ha, I am disgusting. It’s basically all I ate the entire day, except for a pear and two apples. How can this be considered considered cleansing. *sigh*
I’ve found it surprisingly easy to cut out bread from my diet. The only thing I really miss is diet coke and chocolate. No cravings for hamburgers, friends, onion rings, or other desserts – which is pretty cool. Anyway, blah blah blah.
I’m going to let you decide the next dietary restrictions I impose on myself. Any suggestions?

Only eat food that is orange. I don’t know if that actually has health benefits but it sounds good.

Only eat fruit that has fallen from trees naturally, it is mean and inhumane to rip it from its tree!
