So the first pilot of my new website idea went very well. I solicited ideas for Halloween costumes, and people suggested: a dragon, a zombie bride, a scarecrow, batman, and 80s glam rocker, and a model. How would I dress up like a model? I have no idea. Thank you for not voting on it!
You did, however, vote for me to be a dragon. It was a close call: 4 votes for dragon, 3 votes for zombie bride. Maybe next year zombie fans! Excited? Let me just say that I went to Value Village last night and my child sized dragon costume is fantastic. I get to wear it this weekend, and to work on Tuesday (I have a meeting with senior executives from the University that day). Best $13 I ever spent. Ha ha ha.
Now I just need to work on getting more than 10 responses.
I also just wanted to send a quick “Thank You!” out to Steve Rubel (a social media guru) from Micro Persuasion, and Marshall Kirkpatrick, a contributing author to Techcrunch. They are certainly well known in the blogging world, and took time out of their busy schedules to respond to some emails I sent out. Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!

This is a really good idea, I will be watching and hopefully come up with some fun ideas for you. It’s a shame you won’t be a zombie this year though. I think I am going to be Lilly Munster.
I hope you do! My schedule is looking a little blank.
