I hope you all have fun Halloween parties to go to this evening. I certainly will be sporting my dragon costume when I go out tonight
It seems that Europe has won over SE Asia. Ha ha, think the influx of French speaking visitors may have had an influence on that decision. C’est la vie!
In terms of re-naming this website, there were many suggestions… ranging from “I’m so stupid and trying to make money by any way.” to “The Jeremy Show”. I really enjoyed the former, ha ha ha. I wish it was true! One of the many components of Search Engine Optimization is including key-words throughout the page. For jeremydavid.com to rank high, placement of these words is necessary. I merged four suggestions:
Human 2.0Jeremy On StringsSocialAdventureRideJeremy’s Adventure on web 2.0
into Jeremy David is Human 2.0 – travel adventure: strings attached
Let’s work on a mission statement – a purpose to this site:
If you need some help, here is an article that outlines how to write a mission statement.

Well, you should remember that other popular “open source” communication tool: The Watercooler. So, my suggestion is that your site should have a short and easy-to-remember name like simply “Jeremy: Human 2.0″ in order for us to go: “Have you heard about that kid Jeremy trying to pull off the whole Human 2.0 thing?” at work. (And besides, the short name really has a movie title feel to it, don’t you think?)
Either people like it or not you’re doing a very interesting experiment here (Hey, Rubel and Schenck wrote about you dude!) So, I’m planning on posting about you in my own spanish written blog (www.inkbytes.blogspot.com). I may not have a huge audience but maybe you can use the “latin american power” of my small group of readers. By the way, any plans to travel down here?
Good luck!
That’s a really good point! It was really interesting to see that the blogging community already come up with a name for this website - Human 2.0. And I also agree about the importance of “The Watercooler.” This site is going to require a lot of word-of-mouth to be effective, and I really appreciate you talking about it!
In terms of traveling down to South America, we’ll see how the first leg of this trip goes. If it is successful, the visitors to this website may send me down! ha ha.
