How much money can a group of students make in ten days? My last semester at UVic - the Entrepreneurship module of the Business Program - gives me the opportunity to find out. Groups of 5 students, without spending more than $5.00 on capital, have 10 days to start a business and make as much money as they can. We’re allowed to use cameras, computers, etc. that we already own… but not much more.
I thought I would ask you “do you have any ideas?”. Can you think of a way for me to dominate this competition, and earn some money for my trip? I’m all ears.

Since you only have $5 in capital I would say this…
idea 1: I’ve seen these people ebay who sell various e-books with resale rights for cheap.
Get a hold of one of these. Select a price so that every time you make a sale it is more than the ebay fees. Now try to sell it as many times as possible over the time period. Make the auction buy it now.
idea 2: A good old fashioned lemonade stand.
idea 3: Do something like the Engineers do with Pi Week…except make it so that the money is split 50/50 between charity and the business.
