The Leader of the Pack. Vroom! Vrooom!

The Leader of the Pack

…My folks were always putting him down! Down! Down! They said he came from the wrong side of town. What do you mean when you say that he came from the wrong side of town

Ha ha. Wow! I haven’t posted in a week. Sorry! I just looked at the little display on the side, and I’m leaving in 2 months and 10 days! Baaaam. I’ve been uber busy with school, and the impending project doom is almost as terrifying as zombies.

I did find some time to go out. AND I didn’t drink (and thus saved money). I ate though. Cheap $1.25 pizza. Twice. And some Fresca. I love the way it makes my throat burn.

Hopefully my friends post some pictures on facebook in the next few days and some of them are interesting. Oh yeah, and as you probably guessed, I didn’t sing Total Eclipse of the Heart last night. I changed things up a bit with The Leader of the Pack, brutalized the ears of my fellow bar-goers, and dance-dance revolutioned. On the dance floor - not one of those intense Japanese arcade machines. I love it when people singe Evanescence… terribly. It calls for some serious interpretive dancing.

Living on Five (5) Dollars Per Day?

Is it possible to live on $5 per day? I was thinking it might be a good idea to save some money for my trip, so I was thinking about my expenses… and I spend a considerable amount of money on food. Actually, I spend an exorbitant amount on it. I buy my lunch at work everyday, I eat out all the time, and it adds up. I’m guesstimating I spend at least $10 per day. Probably more. If I cut back to $5.00 / day until I hop on the airplane, I could save more than $800 in the next six months (although the next six months would be pretty crappy). So that’s where you come in.

Is it worth it to sacrifice now for later?

Should I try to live on $5 per day (food)?
